For six weeks, youth and adults are invited to a further study and discussion of Isaiah 58…If you spend yourselves on behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness.
As we examine the true fast of Isaiah as a way to end extreme poverty, we will be challenged to choose a fast. When we fast, we give up something good for something great.
This intergenerational study will take place in Calvary’s Youth Room on the lower level from 9:15AM – 10:15AM on Sundays, February 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd, and March 1st & 8th.
Tamie Scalise, Calvary’s Youth Director, will facilitate the discussions.
